Rehab Centers specializes in providing access to rehabilitation services and rehab centers throughout the United States. Success Rehabilitation of Pennsylvania recently partnered with Rehab Centers to increase awareness about rehabilitation services that are available following traumatic brain injury or neurological impairment. Rehab Centers is proud to call Success Rehabilitation and the team of therapists, doctors, and caregivers a part of the Rehab Centers family of rehabilitation service providers.

About Success Rehabilitation

Success Rehabilitation provides rehabilitation services for survivors of traumatic brain injury and neurological impairment. The primary goal of Success Rehabilitation is to help their clients to obtain a realistic and maximum level of independent functioning in the least restrictive community environment in order to advance productivity and well being. Both residential programs and day treatment programs are offered and knowledgeable staff are committed to providing a community based functional approach to treatment of all patients.

Success Rehabilitation is located on 14 acres in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Therapeutic modalities and support services are offered on site at the campus facility. Many recreational activities are also offered as the Nockamixon State Park is adjacent to the Success Rehabilitation facility. The Success Rehabilitation team of specialists develops individualized programs for each client to encourage each individual to achieve their maximum potential.

Success Rehabilitation Services

Programs at Success Rehabilitation include both day treatment and residential care. Living arrangements depend on the individual’s abilities, the functional level of the individual and each client’s particular needs and interests. Residential programs include a transitional program, extended care, and respite care. The staff at Success Rehabilitation recognize that program offerings must be relative to the client’s goals and objectives while also maintaining compatibility with the clients interests and abilities.
